In late August, we were told by HostICan that they were closing all reseller plan offers.

Since we had a VPS and Reseller plan with HostICan, it was painless to just move all of our sites to the VPS plan.

This got us wondering about the rest of people who had reseller plans but didn’t have another account to move to. We found out through WebHostingTalk forums that they offered customers a free move from reseller to VPS! How awesome. This is customer service at its finest. We are very impressed with the way they handled moving everyone off their reseller and on to a much better hosting plan, for free!
